One day Cole decided to get a an online dating profile and had to ask exactly one girl on a date. Gina, who had been on dating apps for approximately a decade, decided to say yes to a first date for what seemed like the 700th time. Gina was a solid 30 minutes late, and Cole was sure he was being stood up. At their first date they both pinky promised to always tell the other when the other had cilantro in their teeth, ate tacos, and left the taqueria to drink espresso martinis.

It was pretty clear as early as their second date that something special was happening. Gina FaceTimed her friend crying because she was so happy and Cole deleted his dating apps in a jolt of excitement. That giddiness still hasn't left them.

Cole clearly won the online dating lottery, but we both wake up feeling like we have a winning lottery ticket everyday.
