Your first payment is your $100 booking deposit.

Your second payment is due no later than January 26th, 2024 (this is the cost of 2 nights).

Your final payment is due no later than March 16th, 2024.

You can also pay in full upfront if you would like at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, please do so by February 16th, 2024 to receive a full refund with no penalties, including your initial $100 booking deposit back.

Right away! Our room block doesn't guarantee you the type of room you may want if you wait to book and that room type gets taken. If the resort is sold out, we will not be able to purchase any additional rooms (be aware this resort almost always sells out, it’s a matter of when not if)! We encourage everyone to book your room asap to ensure you get a room and get the room type you want! That said, please only book a room if you are serious about coming in order to save rooms for those that are!

Everything except your flight! Finest Playa Mujeres is an all-inclusive resort meaning unlimited food and drink, including alcohol, is included in your total room cost. Transportation to and from the airport is also included!

This was one of the things that attracted us to this resort! There is truly a room type/vibe for everyone. There are 10 different room options! Finest has swim-up pool suites, private pool suites, 2-story roof top suites, family suites, ocean view suites, the list goes on! There are also 3 different categories of rooms, 1- The Finest Suite, 2- The Finest Club Suite which comes with some additional perks & closer proximity to the beach, and 3- The Excellence Club which is adults only. You can check out the different room types on the Finest Website. They also have an interactive resort map which shows you where the different room types are located, their features, and the view you will have.

Please note these are per person rates for the minimum 3-night stay. However, you can certainly stay longer if you would like! Additional-night pricing is also included on the tables. Please also note that max occupancy is 3 people per room. In case there is any confusion on pricing, here is an example: If you have 2 people (this would be a "double") staying in a junior suite spa or pool view room, the cost is $714.11 per person for 3 nights. An additional night is $223.39 per person. these prices include your stay, food & beverage, and airport transportation.

If you cancel your reservation by February 16th, 2024 you will receive a full refund including your initial $100 deposit. Any reservations canceled after February 16th, 2024 will incur penalties. Any cancellations within 60 days of arrival are not eligible to receive a refund.
