The love story of Brendan & GinaMarie begins at a gym in Lindenhurst called OG Training Academy. Since they both share a passion for hard work & fitness, they began seeing each other there a lot. ( Brendan noticed Gina first hehe ). As fate would have it, through a mutual friend, the two ended up at the same brunch together with a group of friends ! GinaMarie on one end of the table & Brendan on the other. After a few drinks, laughs, and some food, everybody started to get up and mingle. GinaMarie made her way down to the other end of the table, where she suggested that everybody should plan a group trip to the Poconos! In this moment, she looked directly at Brendan and said " wouldn't that be so much fun?!". According to Brendan, this is the exact moment when he fell in love with her :)

Over the next few weeks, they worked out together and shared a few texts. On Christmas Eve, GinaMarie was preparing to make a chocolate lasagna for her family party on Christmas. Brendan loves to eat! so of course he was very interested in this chocolate lasagna. So on Christmas morning ( because of course they went to the gym that morning ) she surprised him with a container of her chocolate lasagna. Brendan couldn't believe it. He was hooked.

After that morning, Brendan was determined to take GinaMarie out. Even though GinaMarie was extremely hesitant at first because she had been through a lot, she finally decided to give it a chance. Brendan told GinaMarie not to make plans on January 15th, 2022 because he had planned out the whole day for them. When he came to pick her up, he had a surprise for her dog, Lana ! He brought Lana a bone, which she thought was super sweet! He then took her to the shooting range, out to lunch and out to a beautiful dinner at Prime Steakhouse. They spent the whole day & night together. It was the best first date either of them had ever been on. It was like they had known each other for a lifetime.

The trip to the Poconos happened, along with a trip to Nashville. GinaMarie was at Brendans side during one of the most important days of his life, his NYPD Academy graduation. They moved in together and Brendan became the best daddy to their beautiful dog. They met each others family, where they were both welcomed with open arms. They've been through the most incredible times of their lives & their fair share of really rough times. The truth is, no matter how tough the situation, they only come out stronger each and every time. They have both grown together and individually. No matter what they go through in life, meeting each other was the best thing that has happened to either of them & they are truly made for each other.

SO exactly ONE year after their first date, on January 15th, 2023, Brendan popped the question, right near where they first met, with Lana there !! It was the easiest YES GinaMarie has ever said!! :D
