This is it... the photo that hooked Zane. He saw this photo at the end of her dating profile and had to know the story behind it.

Evidently this photo was enough to convince Grace to go out with Zane, even if she knew he bought this shirt at Target because her roommate owned the same shirt.

This was our first official photo together taken in downtown Flagstaff at the Christmas tree lighting. Even though we had been dating for a while, we didn't have a photo together which one of Grace's friends was quick to remedy.

Traveling to the Grand Canyon for a sunset picnic quickly became one of our favorite dates. The scenery was beautiful but the company was even better. Zane may have been thinking ahead that this would be a great potential spot to propose in the future.

One of the benefits of having birthdays only 2 days apart is that we can take a little time off to celebrate both birthdays together! On this occasion we were able to adventure and explore a little bit around Williams, AZ.

This is one of Zane's favorite photos of Grace. It was a beautiful location with the wildflowers in full bloom and the mountains in the background, but the thing Grace most remembers is having to sprint back to the car after the photo to escape the hordes of mosquitos.

Back in Williams, but this time to take the Polar Express train ride. It was a fun trip seeing all the kids dressed up in matching pajamas ready for the ride to the "North Pole". We may have been the only people on the train without kids in our group, but we still had a great time.

February is generally the coldest and snowiest month in Flagstaff, so it was a perfect time to take a trip with Grace's family to Cabo. It was a great time filled with sun, food, jet skis, and family.

There isn't too much of a story here beyond Zane wanting to include this photo of Grace in a taco outfit :)

Only one weekend before the big day but Zane and Grace love being able to live in such a beautiful place like Flagstaff. It's one of the few places where the landscape can even begin to compare to the beauty of Grace.

Even though Zane may have tipped his hand that the proposal was coming by reserving that Saturday as a day to go to the Grand Canyon, it was a wonderful day. Zane is fully convinced it was the best day of his life because Grace said yes to marrying him.
