The wedding ceremony and dancing will take place outdoors underneath a large covered pavilion. The cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors. Dinner will take place indoors.

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive with enough time to get settled in your seats before this time. Guests are free to arrive at any time prior to 4:30 where they can mingle and/or have a drink at the indoor golf club bar before finding your seat outside for the ceremony. Please finish any drinks before finding your seat.

We are not requiring a specific dress code, however, we recommend cocktail or semi-formal attire.

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

We are having children of close friends and family attend the wedding. If your children are invited, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

If you are driving yourself to Hawks View Golf Club, there is ample parking available in the parking lot near the wedding guest entrance. You are able to park your car overnight and pick it up the next morning (no specific time required by the venue).

Refer to the "Stay" page on our website. You are able to book a hotel room at the Holiday Inn in Elkhorn, WI for 1 night or for 2 nights. Please refer to the 2 different links on the "Stay" page to ensure that you are booking for the correct number of nights. Use the code "SMW" for the wedding block discount.
