For guests staying at the hotel, a school bus will be available to take you to and from the wedding venue. A bus will also be available to bring guests to the "after party" and back to the hotel following the reception. See the "Shuttle" tab for more information.

Stay

Holiday Inn to Hawks View

A school bus will be available to transfer guests staying at the Holiday Inn hotel in Elkhorn to Hawks View Golf Club starting at 2:15pm. All guests will be brought to Hawks View by 4:15pm for the ceremony. The ride to the venue is 15 minutes. **Please make sure that you plan for enough time to arrive to the ceremony at Hawks View no later than 4:15pm.**

Hawks View Back to Holiday Inn

The bus will be available to take guests from Hawks View back to the Holiday Inn starting at 9pm. The final pick up will be at 11pm following the conclusion of the reception.

Post-Wedding Party 

If you want to keep the party going, the bus will be available to take guests from Hawks View to Magpies Den & Pen in Lake Geneva. The bus will depart from Hawks View at 11pm following the end of the wedding reception. The bus will be available between bar drop off and bar close (2:30am) to shuttle guests back to the Holiday Inn in Elkhorn whenever you are ready to go!
