Unless specified on your formal invitation, we ask you do not bring a guest as we are limited on ceremony seating. Thank you for understanding!

We ask all guests to arrive at the ceremony and be seated BY 4:40 EST and will start at 5:00. If you are late, you will be kindly asked by our team to not enter the ceremony space. There is a trail to walk to get there so plan accordingly.

If you do not RSVP, you will not be able to attend the wedding. If you were to show up, there will be no seats for you. Make sure you RSVP before the deadline! (08-06-2024)

The deadline to RSVP is 08-27-2024.

At the park they offer a hotel, camp grounds, cabins, and some back country camping. It is recommended by the park ranger than you book your spot at least 12 months in advance or you might not have space. (There is only a $10 cancellation fee) I would recommend booking something in advance just to be sure you have a spot.

You will park in the main lot. If you have GPS and put “Fall Creek Falls Overlook” it will take you directly to where you should park. Plan to look at this ahead of time as some carries do not have cell service in the park. If you are to need help stop at the visitor center and they can help!

The secret overlook trail is a short walk to the ceremony site. The trail is somewhat rocky with roots throughout. So dress accordingly (especially shoes). This trail must be walked as there is no motorized vehicles allowed on it.

We are having some of our family/friends shuttle people from the main overlook parking lot to the ceremony trail. We will start shuttling at 3:30 EST. (THE PARK RUNS ON CENTRAL TIME SO BE AWARE IF YOUR PHONE SWITCHES TIME ZONES!) The last shuttle will go at 4:30 EST. If it will take you time to walk the trail to the ceremony we ask that you be there for an earlier shuttle. If you are to miss the last shuttle you will have to make your own arrangements to get the ceremony. If you are there past 4:40 EST. our team is going to ask you to wait back and enter after the ceremony or wait until the reception.

It is a BYOB (bring your own booze) wedding, which means we won’t have a bar but your more than welcome to bring your own alcohol coolers. We will have drinks there that are non alcoholic.
