Our story
Eric and Gracie met one summer night at Bar Napoli in 2020. Gracie had just gotten off work and was ready for a cocktail, while eric was hosting a work event. They spent the night getting to know one another and joking about the plans they made for their future, but little did they know the journey that was ahead.
A series of romantic dates led them to fall in love and move in together. Eric was running his gym, and Gracie was in the trenches of nursing school. They enjoyed the city life, and adopted their first dog Django, but they knew they wanted more. Soon after in December 2021, one of their biggest blessings came into the world, Elias Beisel. The couple moved their family to the central west end, where they grew together and were navigating the early stages of parenthood. Although they enjoyed their time in their apartment where Eli experienced many firsts, they knew it was time to find something a bit more permanent to raise and expand their family. In the meantime, Gracie graduated nursing school and became full time mama, while eric continued his efforts with his app and training. They found their perfect home, where they then decided Django needed a little sister (who grew to be 120 pounds-- not so little) and welcomed Sasha into their family. Gracie soon after learned the news of being pregnant with baby Theo in March 2024, all three were estatic to welcome a new baby. Eli especially was thrilled to be big bro! In November 2024, Eric proposed in the most elaborate and unforgettable way. Now, the wedding is set to solidify their love for eachother and as a family. Gracie and Eric cannot wait to celebrate with all of their loved ones in August!
