What date should I RSVP by?

We ask that you kindly RSVP by August 1, 2025. Due to catering deadlines, if you are unable to RSVP by August 1, we will be unable to reserve a seat for you and hope to celebrate with you at a later date! Please visit the "RSVP" section of our website to let us know if you will be attending.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony if I would like to be shuttled?

If you would like to enjoy a complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony, please arrive at the Chase around 2:30 pm. You will be picked up at the entrance off of Lindell Blvd by the movie theater entrance. The last shuttle will be departing from The Chase to the ceremony no later than 3:15 pm and will be dropping off directly at the ceremony site. Before the ceremony, we will be maximizing the shuttle capacity, so please plan to utilize the standing room available on the trolley.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony if I am driving myself?

If you are planning on driving to the ceremony, please plan to arrive 30 minutes beforehand. Complimentary parking is available at the top of Art Hill adjacent to the Art Museum, and it is a short walk to the bottom of the hill. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. If you would like to be dropped off directly at the ceremony location, we recommend utilizing the complimentary shuttle mentioned above.

How do I get to the ceremony location if I am driving myself?

If you are planning on driving to the ceremony and parking in the complimentary Art Museum lots, it is a short walk to the bottom of the hill. Please see the maps attached below for directions. For the shortest route, please feel free to cut across the grass from the lot by Shakespeare Glen. Otherwise, the adjacent parking lot offers the shortest paved route. As a reference for locating our ceremony area, we have included a photo from the view of where we will be getting married as well.

What should I do after the ceremony?

Following the ceremony, the wedding party and their families will be going to take photos nearby. The shuttle will resume immediately following the ceremony to transport guests back to The Chase with the final shuttle departing from Art Hill at 5:30 pm. A full service cocktail hour will begin on the upper floor of The Chase at 6 pm. Leading up to cocktail hour, guests are welcome to enjoy time in one of the three bar/restaurants located on The Chase property or simply relax in the lounge. Guests who choose to explore the St. Louis area, can feel free to visit the "Things to Do" page of our website for some ideas of fun local activities and sights.

Where should I park for the reception?

We are happy to offer complimentary parking to all of our guests planning to park in The Chase Plaza parking garage. The garage can be accessed off of Maryland Plaza, and QR validations will be provided at the cocktail hour and reception. Valet parking is also available for a $25 fee.

Will food and drink be served at the reception?

Cocktail hour will start at 6 pm where appetizers will be served and an open bar will be available. A plated dinner will be served at 7 pm.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you only bring a guest if listed on your invitation. You will be able to RSVP for all guests in your party through our website. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring my children?

Although we love your children, due to space restrictions with the venue, we are unable to accommodate every child. If your child is invited, their name will be included on your formal invitation, and you will be able to RSVP for them through our website. We hope that you will take this as an opportunity to relax and enjoy a romantic night off!

What is the dress code?

Formal attire is recommended. As a guideline, for women, this includes cocktail dresses, floor length dresses, and formal jumpsuits. For men, this includes either a suit or tuxedo with a tie or bowtie.

Where should I stay if I am looking for overnight accommodations?

For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. Louis. This block is located in the same building as our reception is being held. For a discounted rate, please see the "Travel" page of our website to make your reservation before Friday, July 25th.
