For guests that are staying at the hotel, we are providing a shuttle from Hotel Sofitel to our venue, The Lytle House. It will pick guests up at 3:50 pm. We will be providing a trolley back to the hotel at the end of the event. It will pick guests up at 10:00 pm and drop them off at the hotel.

For guests that are driving in on the day of, there is no parking lot at the venue. However, the venue is located on Broadway, which offers metered parking on both sides at $2.25/HR. This parking is readily available on Saturdays. All other surrounding streets are free, no permit required, no time restrictions, and no confusing signage. West of Broadway typically has easy street parking that is readily available on Saturdays.

We will be having passed appetizers during cocktail hour and a buffet-style dinner. We will have mini cupcakes for dessert! Appetizers: Bacon-wrapped shrimp, Nashville hot chicken and waffles, and Goat cheese crostini. Buffet: Dinner rolls with butter, Mixed berry salad with balsamic vinaigrette, chicken marsala, merlot braised brisket, roasted vegetable medley, and olive oil poached and fried fingerling potatoes. Dessert: mini classic red velvet cupcakes, mini chocolate cupcakes with vanilla bean buttercream, and mini carrot cake cupcakes.

We kindly request formal attire. Men: suit with a jacket. Women: floor-length gown.

While we would love the little ones to join us, due to restrictions at our venue, children under the age of 18 are not able to attend.
