Grayson and Logan were introduced by mutual friends four days after Grayson moved permanently to Montana in January of 2021. After some convincing from their friends, they went on a date a couple of months later and the rest is history. In 2023 they ended the four-hour long-distance drive when Grayson made the move to Flathead Valley where they now live just a few blocks apart.

On the weekend of June 17th, Logan planned a backpacking trip in the Jewel Basin to hike up Mount Aeneas. During the first night camping at Birch Lake, it started raining and didn’t stop. Needless to say, they weren’t going to be able to summit the mountain. The next morning, as they were packing up camp in the pouring rain, Logan got down on one knee and Grayson joyfully said yes! Logan had both their families waiting back in town to surprise Grayson and celebrate.

Behind their venue you can see Mount Aeneas, which they did hike a few weeks later.
