Yes of course, you may book your accommodations wherever you like and still attend the wedding. You’ll be providing your name upon entrance. If you do book outside of the resort, you will need a driver/car since it is a rural area with no taxi.
If you hope to visit the resort still on other days outside of the wedding day, you may enter the resort on a Day Tour: https://lajollaph.com/experiences/day-tour/
You may contact the reservations desk at La Jolla:
Be sure to mention that you are booking for the Tayag-Tarectecan Wedding
We made a suggested packing list here: (Coming Soon)
Of course! Depending on the length of your stay, there will be 1-2 excursions set up with the wedding couple for all guests. Outside of that is your time to stay on the resort or travel around.
Plane tickets may range between $800 to $2000 per person. We recommend for the best priced flight to start keeping track with Google Flights, SkyScanner, or Hopper.
The closest airport is the Clark International Airport (CRK), but Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) may sometimes be cheaper.
Use the apps to track your flights. When you have booked your flight, contact the shuttle service to set up your transportation. And finally, contact Mr. Arvin Trinidad (aobra@lajollaph.com) at La Jolla to reserve your room.
We have partnered with a shuttle service that you may schedule your trip with. They have been given prior notice of the wedding location and group.
The wedding will be outdoors with an indoor reception.
February is in the middle of dry season so it is fairly hot in the day time and cooler at night. We recommend still bringing a rain jacket or umbrella just in case.
The capacity is very limited and determined so if your invitation does not indicate an ability to write a plus one, then you are not allowed.
Yes, children of the families have been accounted for in the capacity.
We ask that the wedding be “unplugged” and that we hold off on pictures except for before the ceremony, at the indicated time for photos, and after the exit procession.
Yes, we would love for your to post your photos. Please tag us on Facebook and Instagram (@pamsterlaa or @gdtayag) with the hashtag.
