We wanted to choose a venue that is meaningful to both of us. Both Tyler and Hadley spent summers on Lake Darling in Alexandria, and when we go back to visit, we often stop at Carlos Creek for some wine and beer! We also enjoy the annual grape stomp festival that the winery hosts every fall. This has been Hadley's dream wedding location since she was younger, so we're so excited to have our special day at a place that is so meaningful to us.

We are providing a shuttle that will bring guests to and from the wedding venue, if you stay at either the Hampton or Fairfield hotels in Alexandria. Shuttle Timing: Fairfield: Pickup at 3:15, departs at 3:25 Hampton: Pickup directly after Fairfield, departs at 3:45 At the end of the night, the shuttle will make 3 drop offs - at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30. Your hotel will also be aware of the shuttle schedule.

Yes! There is plenty of free on-site parking, and guests can leave their cars at the venue overnight if needed.

We are planning on an outdoor ceremony and social hour, but it is weather dependent. We have until the day-of to determine if we would like to move things inside. The reception will be inside either way. That said, all events of the day will be at the same location.

Beer and wine will be on us! Liquor will be available for purchase.

We would recommend arriving at the venue 15-30 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to converse with others and find your seat.
