How do I RSVP and what date does it need submitted by?

RSVP instructions will be provided on your physical invitation. April 3rd is the deadline to RSVP. We appreciate your timeliness in letting us know the total number of guests to plan on for our big day!

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Plus-ones and additional family members included will be provided on your individual invitation/RSVP.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

We kindly request a formal dress code for the ceremony and reception (suit and tie for gentlemen, long dresses for women).

What is the itinerary for the wedding day?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm Mountain Time, with cocktail hour and dinner/reception to follow immediately after the conclusion of the ceremony. The reception will end at approximately 11:00pm.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the beautiful venue RiverBend, with the ceremony being outdoors and an indoor reception to follow. The address is 501 W Main St, Lyons, CO 80540 and parking is available on site.

Any special instructions on getting directions to the venue?

Nope! Mapping on your phone takes you straight to the property, and signs will be posted to assist with parking. RiverBend is located on the northwest side of Lyons right off of Highway 36/West Main Street and on the edge of North Saint Vrain Creek.

Are there reserved blocks of hotel rooms available to book?

Yes! Please visit the Travel tab for information on lodging and booking within our hotel blocks.

Will there be transportation to and/or from the hotels?

Uber and other popular app-based transportation options are available in the area as well as shuttle services in Boulder, Longmont, and Estes Park if you are in need of a ride home at the end of the night. We encourage you to celebrate responsibly if you are driving after the reception.
