The ceremony begins at 3 p.m. sharp at Christ Church Cranbrook. Guests should plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to the ceremony. The ceremony will last approximately one hour, after which you can make your way to the Orchard Lake Country club for a cocktail hour beginning at 5 p.m. For transportation information, please see the questions below or the Accommodations & Transit tab. The reception will conclude at 11 p.m.

The dress code is formal/black-tie optional. For women, please plan on an evening gown or elegant cocktail dress, while men should opt for a tuxedo or a classic suit.

Orchard Lake Country Club is a 15 minute drive from Christ Church Cranbrook. Both venues have ample parking. For those who are staying at the Holiday Inn, a shuttle service will provide transportation from the Holiday Inn to the reception. The shuttle service will also provide transportation back to the Holiday Inn from the reception at the end of the night. Guests are also welcome to try Uber and Lyft, but should be aware that availability may be limited in the area.

The shuttle service from the Holiday Inn to Orchard Lake Country Club will begin boarding at the Holiday Inn at approximately 4:30 p.m. Guests opting for shuttle service are encouraged to move from the ceremony to the hotel and begin boarding as soon as possible to enjoy the cocktail hour window. The final shuttle will leave the Holiday Inn at approximately 5:00 p.m. The shuttle service will also be available to transport guests back from the Country Club to the Holiday Inn from 9:00 p.m. through midnight. The shuttle can carry up to 23 passengers per trip.

Check-in at the Holiday Inn Express is at 3:00 p.m. Guests are free to reach out to the hotel to request an early check in. Otherwise, guests should plan to check in to their hotel on Saturday night after the reception. Please note, we have made the hotel aware that guests may be checking in later in the evening.
