How do I RSVP?
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP anytime before June 8th. We will also include a paper RSVP with the invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than June 8th! You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website. If we haven't heard from you by June 8th then we will assume that you unfortunately cannot make it.
What if I don’t RSVP on time?
If you do not RSVP by June 8th, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (This means that you are not allowed to show up to our big day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you)
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d and find that you will be unable to make it, please notify Hailey as soon as you are aware.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive no earlier than 3:30pm and a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This allows time for parking, the wagon ride to the ceremony location, and for guests to be seated before the ceremony begins. Guests that arrive after the ceremony begins will not be allowed in until after the ceremony is over so please plan accordingly.
Do you have a wedding registry?
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found here on our wedding website.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately there is a limit on the number of guests we can invite and we cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest”. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.
Are my kids invited?
Due to limited numbers we hope you can respect that children are only invited if named and listed when you RSVP. Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children have been invited.
Am I invited to the Rehearsal Dinner?
Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We are having an ‘“unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are fully present in the moment. We have hired professionals to capture this moment and we promise to share our photos was soon as we receive them! After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outside in a tree grove and the reception will be held outside under a covered pavilion.
