When you get to the hotel, please download the Atelier app to book dinner reservations (you can also book on the tablets throughout the hotel), check out activities for the day (corn hole, volleyball, etc) and see what is on the agenda for nightlife (there are activities every night including karaoke, silent disco, magician, acrobats, etc).

There are tablets located throughout the hotel. When you first arrive, you'll need to put in your room number and create a passcode on one of the tablets in order to use it. I would recommend setting up your dinner reservations for the week as soon as you get there via tablet or app on your phone. There are several restaurants that are buffet style and do not require a reservation, but the majority of the restaurants do.

We are staying and hosting our wedding at Atelier Playa Mujeres, an all inclusive resort near Cancun, Mexico.

Our "RSVP" will be through our Travel Agent, Megan when you book your room at the resort through her. If you do not plan on staying at the hotel or if you are unable to make it, please let Hailey or Eric know ASAP.

Please reach our Travel Agent, Megan by October 6, 2023 to reserve your room at the hotel. Half of your room deposit will be due by October 6, 2023 and the other half will be due by November 6, 2023.

Though you will reserve your rooms through our Travel Agent, Megan, you will need to book your flights separately. We recommend flying into Cancun and Megan will arrange your shuttle to/from the airport if you are staying at the hotel. Once you book your flights, please contact Megan so she can have your transfers arranged.

Although we love your little ones, Atelier Playa Mujeres is an adults only resort. If you would like to bring your kiddos, please explore some of the kid friendly resorts nearby.

Your presence at our wedding is enough of a gift, but should you wish to buy us something, we'd greatly appreciate a contribution towards our first home together! You can find a link to contribute under the 'Registry' tab.
