We have some other information to help keep you informed.

Traffic

We have recently learned that Eminem will be performing a concert held at the COTA F1 track on the day of our wedding. Given that the main directions to our venue pass by COTA, significant traffic is expected. We kindly ask all attendees to plan accordingly and depart for the venue 1-2 hours earlier than usual.

Who knows? We might even have a surprise guest ;)

Recipe Cards

Have a recipe you'd like to give the couple?

Please bring it with you to the wedding, you can add it to the gift table.

Side by side/Polaris Ranch Rides

We will have a chauffeur take guests around the ranch during cocktail hour to show guests its beauty and the exotic animals we raise there. This will be a first come, first serve attraction from 5:30-9pm.

Ice Cream for Dessert

Ice cream after dinner is kind of our thing. So we wanted to share this with our guests as well. There will be a small cake for the cake cutting and ice cream station for the main dessert.

Classic Photo Booth

Hailey was recently gifted a pink 68' Thunderbird from her grandmother. We wanted to make it special by adding it in our wedding as a Photo Booth.

Mechanical Bull

Weather permitting. We will be having a Mechanical Bull! Please prepare by bringing a pair of close toed shoes. All guests will need to sign a waiver. (anyone under 18 will not be allowed on).

Bring cash if you'd like...

Many of our vendors will be accepting cash tips. We will also have some cash games. (bartender, chauffeurs, attendants, etc.)
