On your RSVP invite it will specify if you have a +1 or not. For couples/families the persons name(s) will be listed. For individuals you will see a +1, where you can add your plus one's name. We ask you not bring a +1 if it is not specified on your RSVP invite.

We are asking that the kids stay home for the night. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy the night with us ;)

We will have a fully serviced free open bar with beer, wine and liquor. We will have two signature drinks to choose from and a passed champagne toast.

Our venue has plenty of parking available. We will have designated parking areas. There will be golf cart chauffeur's picking up from the parking area and taking guests to the main area. You're welcome to park overnight. Please get with the Spaulding family on if you need re-entry on Sunday.

The ceremony & dinner will be held outside under a covered area. After ceremony there is an inside option area for anyone to enjoy.

For the ceremony and reception dinner, we will have open seating. The front rows and tables will be reserved for close family and wedding party.

Our dress code is Texas formal. Boots and Heels. Bolo ties and Ties. Blues are recommended but not required. Check out the MORE tab for more information.

Please RSVP by September 1st. Formal paper invitations will be sent out by the end of July.

We understand life happens. We ask that you do not enter the second gate until after the ceremony finishes at 5:30pm. There will be a chauffeur waiting to open the second gate when the ceremony is finished. Once open please join us for the rest of the festivities!
