How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope.
Kindly RSVP before Friday, May 31st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as ‘no’ as we will be sending final headcount’s to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Can I bring a plus one?
We will be accommodating plus ones if it specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list “(your name) & Guest.” For families, it will list “(your name) & Family” or “The (your last name) Family”. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Are kids welcome?
Please refer to the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is formal attire. For our summer wedding, our ceremony will be outdoors by a lake. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or nice pantsuit.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
What do I do if I’m late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30pm, we recommend guests to arrive between 5-5:15pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The venue is able to accommodate for wheelchairs, both for the ceremony and reception.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there will be complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue. Parking may be limited so we will also be providing a complimentary shuttle service for guests staying at our listed hotel accommodations, taking guests to and from the venue.
Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We are providing a shuttle service which will transport guests, staying at our listed hotel accommodations, to and from the venue. If you are not staying at those accommodations we recommend using ride-share apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking.
