Guests will need to call the hotel and inform them of the Birkholz/Schmidt wedding rate. The guest room rate will be guaranteed on deluxe standard guest rooms only (1 King or 2 Queen Beds) until two weeks prior to guest arrival. Guest room rate is subject to MN state tax of 7.35%, county tax of 3%, and resort fee of 8%.


Guest room rates are:
$249 per room, per night, plus tax, water park not included.
$289 per room, per night, plus tax, includes 4 water park passes


Upgraded rooms may be requested (including Lake and King Executive, Family and Kids Rooms, and Family Suites) and are granted upon availability for an additional $30 per room per night. Suite accommodations (King and Loft suites, King Kitchenettes, and Apartment Suites) may be requested and are granted upon availability for an additional $70 per suite, per night. A 2-night minimum stay requirement applies. Guest check in is after 4 pm, check out is prior to 11am. If the guest room rate includes water park passes, the passes are valid beginning at 1pm the day of arrival until 4pm the day of departure.

There is a complimentary shuttle service which will be transporting guests from this location, to and from the venue.
