We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made to “{Your Name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.
Are kids invited?
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invite will be made out to “ The {Your Last Name} & Family” if your children have been invited and “Mr. And Mrs.” if only you and your significant other have been invited.
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting “elevated” cocktail attire. Not quite formal attire, but please come in your best cocktail attire! We cannot wait to see how beautiful everyone looks!
Are there any colors I should avoid when picking out my outfit?
We kindly ask that you avoid the traditional bride colors, white, ivory, cream etc. But any thing else is welcomed!
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at the InterContinental Hotel in New Orleans. Everything will be indoors so no need to plan for excessive heat or rain.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 6:30pm so we kindly ask that you arrive and are seated within 10 minutes of the ceremony beginning.
Where do we park?
The valet at the hotel is $50 per day. There is also a parking garage directly to the side of the hotel welcomed for guests to use for $25 per day. Both options are very secure and very easily accessible to the hotel!
If I am booking a room through the room block, how soon should I book?
The sooner the better! The weekend of our wedding is Tulane graduation weekend so hotels in the area are already booking now and fast. The hotel has generously offered us a great rate for our guests so they do not have to pay the spiked rates of other hotels in the area due to graduation. If you are planning on staying at the hotel please book as soon as you make the decision you are staying to avoid not being able to get a room in town.
