Calliope is outspoken, friendly, and so damn loveable. She is so special that we had to come up with a new role for her for our wedding. Haley asked if Calliope was an ordained minister when they met in 2017. She wasn't, but once she met Mohsin, she agreed to be our officiant because we both knew that no one else would be right for this job. When Mohsin came to Columbus, Calliope ensured that he never got bored when Haley was busy studying, taking him to get food and coming over to play games.

Emma is caring, compassionate, and spontaneous. From random roommates in 2016 to spending 3 weeks in Peru together in 2021 (when Haley met Mohsin), Emma has truly been there since the beginning. Who knows if we would've ended up together without Emma's amazing wing-man skills. Always matching Haley's energy and just a bit nutty, it's no surprise she's the maid of honor. Always levelheaded and a voice of reason, everyone needs a friend like Ibby. Being Haley's best friend since childhood, Isabel has been there for Haley through the highest of highs and lowest of lows. Isabel has always been supportive, yet honest, through every stage in life. Haley wouldn't be where she is today if she was never blessed with such an amazing friend.

Sadie is intelligent, insightful, and kindhearted. Haley met Sadie while they struggled through their undergraduate program in Biochemistry together. Carpooling to class and late-night study sessions turned into a deep friendship. Haley and Sadie's friendship was effortless and they soon realized they were soul sisters!

There aren't words to describe just how COOL Kate is. Kate is someone who you meet and think "Oh, I am way too lame to be friends with her." So imagine Haley's excitement when they became close friends!! They met on a study abroad to the Balkans in 2019. Since then, they've only made even more unforgettable memories together. And somehow Kate only continues to get cooler.

Alex is one-of-a-kind, in the absolute best way, and the most thoughtful human. Another random roommate love story, who knows how Haley got so lucky. No one understands Haley's "weird" quite like Alex does. From being best friends living together as 18-year-olds in Athens to now, Alex and Haley have grown into adulthood together (with their dogs who are best friends since puppyhood, Leo and Nova).

The absolute sweetest person in the world, Valerie makes the lives of everyone around her better. When Haley moved to Columbus for grad school, she was nervous about making new friends. But, when she met Valerie in their graduate program, it was if they had known each other forever. Always accepting and open-minded, Valerie made it clear that Haley could call her whenever she needed a friend.

Anneliese is the most down-to-earth person you will ever meet. Her empathetic energy follows her wherever she goes. Anneliese and Haley met through friends in 2016, but never could've imagined how close they'd become. When Anneliese heard that Haley and Emma were going to Peru, she planned an adventure that made their friendship stronger than ever.

Ethan is a talented musician who is laid-back, intelligent, and determined. Mohsin met Ethan all the way back in 5th grade when they had the same teacher. Ever since then, they have been best friends. They quickly bonded over skateboarding, talking about music, and contemplating life. He is basically Mohsin's 3rd brother.

Madison is quite the character. Upon the first minute you meet Madison, her chatty, lovable, and extremely goofy demeanor will brighten the rest of your evening. Mohsin met Madison in gym class in 7th grade. She saw Mohsin with his headphones on and emo haircut, and knew they needed to be friends. The rest was history. Beware her goofiness is contagious.

Zahid is hardworking, intelligent, and extremely caring. Being Mohsins younger brother, he had to deal with Mohsin's teasing until they finally bonded over shared interests. They grew their strange obsessions together over knives, flashlights, video games, and watches. He and his wife Brigette have taken in many animals in need of either a temporary home or a permanent one.

Imran is an outgoing, charming, existential individual who loves to talk about ANY topic in extreme depth with anyone. He's a friend to anyone and makes sure to keep in touch with everyone. Being Mohsins older brother, he was an integral part of Mohsin's upbringing and character development. He introduced Mohsin to the music he listens to and the classic games they played when they were younger.

Jonah is funny, chill, and a talented musician. Mohsin met Jonah through Ethan and got closer to him through a mutual interest in gaming together and through their band. They have stayed up countless nights gaming and talking about anything that came to mind.

Dan is easygoing and kind, so no one would be surprised that Mohsin and Dan became close friends after meeting. Being Isabel's (the matron of honor's) now husband, Haley knew they were going to hit it off. Always looking out for others and good-hearted, Dan is always just great to be around.

Always down to clown, it's hard to put Austin into words. But, as soon as you meet him, you'll understand. Always sincere, always goofy, always a great time. Mohsin met Austin through mutual friends and they instantly connected over cooking, music, and whatever else these fools talk about.
