Hotel: Alta's Rustler Lodge
We encourage ALL of our family and out-of-town guests to stay at the Rustler Lodge. This will give everyone the opportunity to spend quality time together and foster community.
RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN!
Please see below for room rate details. Reservations are first come, first serve and priority is given to two-night bookings. Saturday only reservations will open in June.
What is included in the Rustler lodge room rate?
Due to the limited food/snack options available at Alta in the Summer, we have included the following meals in the room rates:
Friday: Dinner Included 6:00PM-8:00PM
Saturday: Breakfast Included 7:00-9:00AM
Sunday: Breakfast 8:00AM-10:00AM
Please note: NO LUNCH IS PROVIDED ON SATURDAY. You may choose to purchase a box lunch from the hotel when you make your room reservation or adventure to Oktoberfest at Snowbird (for more information, please see Things to Do).
NO food/snacks are available at the Rustler unless previously arranged. Box lunches for Saturday must be ordered no later than 2 weeks in advance.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS: must be paid IN FULL at the time of booking.
PHONE RESERVATIONS: will be paid automatically MAY 1 and will be billed to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATIONS: Reservations are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of check-in date. In the event of a cancellation, there is a $75 non-refundable service fee.
The Rustler Hotel is ONLY open August 15th and 16th for the wedding. It is NOT possible to arrive early or extend your stay at this hotel. If you plan to arrive early/stay late, please see Things To Do for more information.

How do I get to Alta?
Alta is a 40 minute drive from the Salt Lake City Airport. We recommend renting a car or using a shuttle service (see below). Parking is available at the Rustler Lodge.
Please note, there is no public transportation available in the area.

Rental Car
Rental cars are available at the Salt Lake City Airport. Valet parking is available at the hotel.
Canyon Transportation
If you choose not to rent a car, you may book shuttle service with Canyon Transportation by phone or the website.
