Hammock Beach Resort is a rather large property with many fun, family friendly activities available. We hope you come for the weekend and enjoy your time in Palm Coast! For close family and those in the wedding party, we will have the rehearsal followed by dinner on Saturday 10/19. You will receive an invite to the rehearsal dinner with your formal wedding invitation if you are expected to attend.

Hammock Beach Resort will not hold a specific 'block' of rooms for our event. However, there is a courtesy room rate offered (for various room categories) to wedding guests at a discounted price. We encourage guests to book as soon as possible to ensure availability. Discounted Accommodations and Rates are outlined below: Main Tower One Bedroom Oceanview - $289.00 per night Two Bed Villa - $359.00 per night Main Tower Three Bedroom Oceanview - $469.00 per night

All wedding events will take place at Hammock Beach Golf Resort and Spa. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. Details regarding the specific location of each event will be provided upon arrival.

Hammock Beach Resort provides complimentary self-parking. Valet Parking is available for $20.00 plus tax per 24-hour period. Same Day Valet Parking is available for $10.00 plus tax and will be charged upon guest departure.

To us, Formal/Black Tie Optional, means men can choose to wear a tuxedo or dark suit and women can choose to wear an evening gown or midi/knee-length cocktail dress.

Yes, although formal, this will be a family friendly event. There are many activities, for children of all ages, to participate in on property and a separate food menu will be provided during the reception for children 12 and under.
