Our wedding is entirely outdoors, rain or shine! Please dress and plan accordingly.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. We would like to have everyone seated and be able to start the ceremony on time at 5pm. Please do not arrive any earlier than 4:30pm. The parking attendants arrive then to help direct parking and the walk to the ceremony site.

Parking is available at no charge and you may leave your car overnight. We want everyone to be able to drink and get home safely! Please retrieve it by 10am the following morning.

Our venue is an all inclusive style so you will not need to leave and go to separate venues for the evenings events. If you wish to go out with the bride & groom after the reception, there is limited shuttle space for transportation. Please see transportation tab on website.

Absolutely! We hope you come to drink & dance the night away.

Please only bring an additional guest if your invitation specifically states so.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we can only accommodate guests that are specifically included on the invitation.

Yes, there will be a buffet style table of both non-vegetarian and vegetarian options.

Yes!

We are offering transportation from The Renaissance Hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. The shuttle pick up location will be on the side revolving doors leaving the hotel on the Walnut Street side. There will be coordinators in the lobby to help you find it if you mention you are a part of our wedding block.

The shuttle will drop guests off at The Renaissance Hotel at the end of the night. If you chose to stay somewhere else, you may want to call an Uber from The Renaissance Hotel after being dropped off by the shuttle to get to your destination. Ubers are possible but tend to be more limited directly from the venue.
