Please try to book your accommodations as early as possible. We have 20 rooms blocked at The Renaissance Hotel in Downtown, Cincinnati about 25 short minutes away from the venue. If we exceed the initial 20 guest rooms, The Renaissance will try to honor our discounted hotel block rate and add more rooms on, as long as the requests come early enough. All hotels rooms are released back to the hotel from the hotel block 6 weeks before the wedding on 07/15 so at that point the rooms are regular priced and dependent upon hotel availability and capacity.

The hotel block officially runs from Thursday 9/11/2025 to Friday 9/12/2025, however, should a guest want to extend their stay on either end, the discounted pricing will be honored.
