Overlooking the lovely port city of Duluth, the Skyline Parkway offers travelers a rewarding, bird's-eye view of the harbor and the endless shoreline of Lake Superior
One thing you probably have to do when in Duluth, is head over to Canal Park and see the lift bridge. Even better, is to go when there is a ship coming in or leaving the harbor. Walk down to the lighthouse or visit the museum. Make sure to walk the lake walk too!
A classic Duluth pit stop. There are lots of great spots to eat, drink, skip rocks, walk, and shop in Canal Park. Check out Grandma's for some food. If you're lucky you can watch a boat come in!
If you want to check out a beach while you're in town- this would be the one to check out. All the way down the road between Minnesota and Wisconsin, you'll find beaches tucked behind houses. Nearly at the end of the road, you'll find Park Point. It is a pretty cool sight to see!
Another Duluth hot spot. You can tour the mansion, learn about the history, and walk around the beautiful green space.
If you have the time- checking out William Irvin Museum is super cool! It is a retired lake freighter that you get to go in and explore.
Walking the lake walk is a must do when in Duluth. We have walked and ran many miles on the lake walk. We love to go at sunset when the water and sky is just beautiful! Definitely recommend.
A beautiful park to check out! In August, the flowers and roses should be in full bloom!
One of our favorite places to get a drink and hang out! Very good ciders here!!
We have spent so many hours and miles walking and hiking around Chester Park. They have stunning trails for exploring and it is right in our backyard. Definitely recommend checking it out if you have time for a hike :)
