The attire for our wedding is black tie optional. Think pretty pastels and florals for our colors, For women black tie optional is considered midi or maxi evening gowns and men suits with jackets, black tie optional! Although we would love to have all families attend that have children, for venue capacity reasons we cannot. It will be designated on your invitation on if your children are included in your RSVP as well as on your RSVP on the website! Thank you for understanding!

Due to the space of the venue we can only accommodate for guest that are formally invited. On your invitation and RSVP it will be explicitly said as their name or "guest". Thank you for understanding and please reach out if you have any questions!

We picked where we're getting married as a meeting point between Dothan (where Nolan is from) and Birmingham (where Hallie is from)! With that in mind we know many of you will be coming from out of town for the wedding, which we are so appreciative of. If you are interested in finding a place to stay in town please look under the tab "places to stay" and see where our hotel blocks are located, nice areas to stay, and fun things to do in Coosada/Montgomery!

The reception and ceremony are both held at the Elms of Coosada, so there will be no need to travel between ceremony and reception!

Yes! The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, but the Elms has a covered awning and the main home where you can go inside!

Please RSVP through our website by April 9, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the date provided then we will assume you cannot attend!

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, the doors will open at 3:45pm officially and the ceremony will begin at 4:30 promptly.

All gifts are appreciated, but we ask that if you choose to purchase a gift off our registry to check off on our website that you bought it so we make sure we are able to thank you!!!
