Hanna and Harry met during basic cadet training at the Air Force Academy in the summer of 2016. Although they were in different squadrons, Harry's superior confidence and immunity to tear gas really won Hanna over.

After four years of friendship at the Academy, Hanna and Harry decided to finally start dating when they lived 6,967 miles (and two continents) apart. In their case, distance only made the heart grow fonder. Through countless Facetime dates and "I wish you were here" texts they made long distance work, even with a record of 348 days without seeing each other in person.

Another three years later, Harry proposed at his grandparents' house in Pecos New Mexico right next to the Pecos River. Hanna enthusiastically said yes after informing him that the ring box was upside down. Here's to a long-lasting love story!
