For the guests traveling from out of town we have blocked out 15 rooms at the Country INN & Suites. It is a 20-25 minute drive to our venue. To book one of those rooms please call them at this number and ask for the Hamrick wedding. (704) 480-0881

If you would like to book one of those rooms make sure to do it by 4pm on May 17, 2025. If not booked by then, reservations would be subject to their normal rates and availability.

The blocked rooms are reserved for 5/31/25 - 6/1/25 with check-in being at 3pm. Rooms have double queen beds and will be $99 per night plus tax. If you don't want to stay both nights just make sure to tell them when you call to book.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, it must be done 3 days prior to check-in or all applicable charges will apply. In addition if there is an early departure without a 24 hr notice, one nights stay plus tax will be charged.
