Our story began in Fargo back in November of 2016 when we were introduced to each other by mutual friends at Herd and Horns. I loved Al's sense of humor and we talked all night. The spark was there, but unfortunately our timelines didn't align. Al was graduating the following spring and moving back home and I was starting a year of pharmacy rotations in various locations.

Fast forward a little less than two years later, our paths crossed again as I moved to Plymouth, MN to start my first job. Al saw this and reached back out immediately. We went on our "second" first date and as Al would say, I talked his ear off the whole time. We were there for 2+ hours! It was after this date that I knew he was "the one".

Shortly after we started dating, I accepted a job and moved back to Fargo for just shy of 3 years. Although we had only been together a few months at this point, we decided we were both up for the challenge of a long distance relationship. In August of 2021, I moved to Buffalo, MN and in June of 2023 Al proposed in Deadwood, SD. It was the easiest YES I've ever said! We cannot wait to see what the future has in store for us and to celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives with all of our favorite people this May!
