We have several hotel blocks to give our guests options. All of the details can be found under the "Travel" section on this website. It is NDSU graduation weekend, so we do recommend booking hotels as soon as you know you'll be joining us for our special day!

If staying at the Radisson Blu, transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Clubhouse Suites has a complimentary shuttle & you can set up a ride by calling 701-282-5777 or setting up via the front desk at check in. We encourage everyone to be safe and to not drink and drive. Guests can leave their car parked overnight at the venue if needed. Along with the shuttle options offered, ubers/lyfts/taxis are plentiful in the FM area. Please make safe decisions. Shuttle will make multiple runs @ the end of the night until everyone is back to the hotel safely.

We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time of 4pm. The ceremony will start promptly at that time and guests are asked to not come in late if the ceremony has already started.

The main parking lot is on the east side of the building. There is also parking on the west side of the building and along the fence on the north side that extends almost all the way to 8th Street.

The ceremony, happy hour and reception will all be held indoors!

Yes. For our guests with dietary restrictions, the venue will have specialty plated meals that our guests can request from their buffet attendant when their table gets dismissed to the buffet.

We’re very sorry but due to space restraints, we are only able to invite the children in our wedding party to our wedding celebration. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.

When you navigate to the RSVP page, if a plus one was included, you will see their name or "guest" listed when typing in your name to RSVP. We kindly ask that you do not bring a plus one if not included on your invitation/RSVP.
