Q + A

How do I RSVP and when do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 1st, 2025. Due to our deadlines with the venue and the caterer, we will be unable to accept any responses after that date. You can RSVP here on our wedding website. On the top row of menu options, on the far right, select 'RSVP'. From there it will ask you to enter your name, and the website will find you and your potential party from the guest list, to complete your RSVP(s). If there is no RSVP tab available, we are past the date of acceptance.

What time should we arrive at the venue?

Our venue is hosting both our ceremony and reception. We ask that you be on-site by 4:45pm, to allow for greeting and seating prior to the beginning of the ceremony.

Do I have a plus-one?

We ask that the names on the invitation during the RSVP process, are the names of people invited. If you have a plus one, it will be shown when you submit your RSVP. If you do not, then please understand that we want our day to be intimate and with those important to us.

Are my kids able to come?

We have selected to have a kid-free wedding and reception. Any exception to that, is up to us; and those select few, know who they are. If the RSVP doesn't state names of your children, we kindly ask that you understand and hope you look forward to enjoying a fun-filled kid-free evening!

What should we wear?

We kindly ask that you dress in formal or semi-formal attire. This usually means dress pants with a nice shirt (even maybe a tie for the gents) and for the ladies, this means a nice dress or jumpsuit/pant suit. Please refrain from denim/jeans or casual outfits. We ask you refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride (white, ivory, cream). We are having a spring colored wedding, so feel free to dress in bright or pastel colors and patterns.

Can I take photos?

We have hired an amazingly talented and professional photographer (I mean, have you seen our engagement photos??) We ask that you respect her and her work - keep the phone away, and enjoy our unplugged ceremony while she captures every one of us being fully present in the moment of celebration and union. After the toasts and dinner have finished, and the fun part of the reception begins, then you can feel free to grab us for a photo.

What is the food and drink situation?

We know that this is really what we all want to know. We are pleased to inform you that we will be having a formal dinner alongside an open-bar with pre-made selections for our reception. While we may not have exactly what you want to eat or drink, we will have a little bit of everything available. We will also have NA beverages available for our sober friends and family, or those who choose to not have alcoholic beverages. We will also have a vegetarian option for dinner.

What are the hotel options?

Please visit our Travel & Lodging page for hotel information, alongside any transportation options to and from the hotel.

Where do we park?

Our venue has around 80 parking spaces in their parking lot, including 3 handicapped spaces. Please try to carpool as much as you can, or take the shuttle - but we should have plenty of parking available at the venue.

Where are you registered?

Please visit our Registry tab for our options.
