While we love our little ones, please consider this an opportunity for parent(s) to enjoy a night out without little eyes and ears. Due to many factors, we ask that only those listed on the invitation/RSVP attend the reception.

Ritz Charles allows guests to keep their vehicles overnight (with the expectation that it is removed from the parking lot the next morning ASAP). We recommend ride shares.

To keep with a classic wedding theme, we encourage everyone to wear formal attire.

There is a room block reserved for our out of state family/friends to book Friday to Sunday OR Saturday to Sunday. If you are local, we ask that you refrain from taking up rooms in the block for our out of state family/friends. Once they all have a chance to reserve a room, we will then open it up to the rest of the local family and friends. Note: If you are staying at the Hyatt, it quite literally is next door. You would park at the hotel and walk over to the reception at Ritz Charles. There is a concrete pathway directly to the venue. The exact link to book off of is available under the 'Travel' tab and will be included in the Save The Date envelopes. Any questions or concerns, reach out to Hannah and/or Peter.

While RSVP'ing on our website, you will have the option to notify us if you have any strict dietary restrictions and/or food allergies to alert the venue catering.
