There is a room block reserved for our out of state family/friends with the options to book Friday to Sunday OR Saturday to Sunday.

If you are local, we ask that you refrain from taking up rooms in the block for our out of state family/friends. Once they all have a chance to reserve a room, we will then open it up to the rest of the local family and friends.

If you are staying at the Hyatt, it quite literally is next door. You would park at the hotel and walk over to the reception at Ritz Charles. There is a concrete pathway directly to the venue.
