Brad proposed to Hannah at the top of Gokyo Ri, during the Everest Base Camp trek. It was extremely cold (our waters froze solid) and air was thin at 17,575’ elevation! Despite neither of us showering for the prior 10 days of the hike, Hannah said yes!

Our first date was at Unser Racing Museum, followed by beers at Marble Brewery

Brad and Hannah enjoy traveling, hiking, bike riding, snowboarding, floating in the pool, cooking together, and trying new restaurants. They also look forward to restoring their own car together once the detached garage is built. Durango in particular has been one of their favorite spots to visit, and they are very much looking forward to planning a wedding in such a special place.

Brad is a mechanical engineer. He grew up in Albuquerque and attended Northern Arizona University, then obtained his Master’s degree from the University of New Mexico. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, working on his cars and motorcycles, and working on house remodel projects.

Hannah is a physician assistant at an ENT practice. She grew up in Arizona and attended Arizona State University. After moving to Albuquerque for her Master’s degree at University of St. Francis, she decided to stay in New Mexico for good. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, and horseback riding.

An exceptionally large cat Hannah adopted from the pound 5 years ago. Very lovable to those she likes, and not so lovable to those she doesn’t. Currently still figuring out how to be friends with Oliver and Holley.
