Whatever makes you feel your best! We will be on the beach, so heels are not recommended. Feel free to dress up or down. There will be blankets and benches along the beach for you to relax and hang out. There will be limited table seating. Make sure you are comfortable in whatever you are wearing!

Sand Harbor is in Incline Village, North East Lake Tahoe, located on the Nevada side of stateline.

Yes! Since there are only 25 parking spots in our reserved area, we will provide back and forth shuttling for 9 people at a time. Cars & their humans will meet at Crystal Bay Casino Parking Lot @ 14 NV-28, Crystal Bay, NV 89402 for the first shuttle ride leaving at 1:30pm on 8/24/24. Contact Hannah + Luke if you would like to pop on the shuttle!

There are 20 reserved parking spots available. There is another large parking lot adjacent to the reserved one. Please plan accordingly and if you would like to park on site, try to fill the vehicle to its fullest capacity. Contact Luke & Hannah if you would like to add more people to your car. Remember, there will be a 10 person van shuttling people from Crystal Bay to Sand Harbor starting at 1:30pm and leaving at 8pm.

Yes, there is a $15 fee per car to enter the park.

Yes! There is a public restroom about 20-30 feet away from the Ramada (it is just to the side of the end of the Ramada parking area).

Absolutely! We are also planning a beach day on Sunday to play in the water too!

Yes, there will be shade and parasols available.

Yes, children are welcome at the ceremony. There will be a kid’s blanket area. Please feel free to bring some beach toys! Kids will not be allowed at the After Party.

Kids will be welcome at the ceremony but we are working on securing a responsible and reliable babysitter who can watch the kiddos during the after party. Please send Hannah or Luke a private message if you will be looking for childcare.

Yes! There will be a food truck from 4pm-7pm and appetizers beforehand.

Please arrive at Sand Harbor Beach around 2pm to grab a drink and appetizer before the ceremony begins at 2:45pm. The food truck will serve dinner from 4pm-7pm. Feel free to eat as you get hungry! There is no formal timeline to this day. The beach party will end at about 8:30pm and we will head to the afterparty by 9pm. More details on address of the afterparty TBA.

We would love to invite you to join us back at the beach on Sunday for a fun and relaxing day of picnicking and playing in the water. Bring your SUPs, kayaks, snacks and favorite beach activities! More details on the name of the beach TBA.

Unfortunately, our furry friends have to sit this one out :( Only service dogs are allowed at Sand Harbor Beach or any of the beaches in Tahoe over the summer.
