Parking is extremely limited. Our private lot is reserved for vendors, our elders, and families with small children. You will have received an invitation to park in our lot. If you think we have missed you, please reach out!

Please follow these instructions:

1. Arrive by Uber or Lyft

2. Tell the Gate Attendant you are getting dropped off and headed for The Group Area/"Ramada" Area

3. Pay the vehicle pass of $10 (NV plate) or $15 (CA plate) via cash or check

4. Keep the receipt

I have been working with park rangers and they have given us explicit permission to get dropped off via Uber or Lyft even if the park is "closed."

SHUTTLES COME ABOUT EVERY 30 MIN. MAKE SURE YOU GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 2-2:30PM.

We will use our 9 person van to shuttle people from Sand Harbor Beach back to Crystal Bay Casino in Incline Village around 7:30PM. Uber/Lyft will also be allowed to enter the park after 5PM. The shuttle will be available to go West Bound (back to Incline Village) only until 6PM.

If you require transportation to/from the ceremony site, please contact Hannah ahead of time to coordinate. A 9-person van will meet at Crystal Bay Casino at 1:15pm and begin transporting guests to Sand Harbor. The after party is at the same location and overnight parking is allowed.

What part of Tahoe are we in?

The wedding is at Sand Harbor Beach in Incline Village, in North Lake Tahoe. We are in the NorthEast part of the lake, on the Nevada side.

What are the important dates?

We suggest you arrive in Tahoe by Friday, August 23, 2023. The wedding is Saturday, August 24, 2024. We will have a fun and relaxed beach day on Sunday, August 25, 2024.

If you are able, we recommend you book your stay for Friday, August 23 - Monday, August 26.

There are a lot of options in and around Incline Village. Make sure to check out King’s beach, Crystal Bay, Tahoe Vista, and Carnelian Bay.

a) 2 Queen Room- 4 rooms ($733 total for 3 nights before tax)

b) 2 Queen & Sofa with Partial Lakeview- 4 rooms ($777 total for 3 nights before tax)

c) 2 Queen Lakeview- 1 room ($805 total for 3 nights before tax)

OPTION 3: “The Chalet”

We have rented an 8 room hotel turned to Airbnb @ 8931 N Lake Blvd, Kings Beach, CA 96143.

Pets are allowed (for a small fee)!

We suggest you stay til Monday so you can join us for more beach fun on Sunday! But whatever works for you is best!)

3. Confirm with direct payment. The room average is $835 for 4 nights total. Each room can accommodate 2-6 people.
