Our wedding is a formal event and we would appreciate our guests to dress for the occasion!

Yes, a shuttle service from the Cambria and the Hilton to the venue will be provided. There will be two shuttles prior to the ceremony which will pick up guests at 4:30pm. The shuttle will run every 45 minutes after the main events back to the hotels. Please find complete schedules in your hotel welcome bags.

Yes, our venue has a large lot that has free parking available. If needed you may leave your vehicle overnight and take the shuttle or ride share back to your hotel.

If you are flying in for our big day we recommend the John Glen International Airport (CMH) in Columbus. This is located about 20 minutes from the hotels and venue. The Cambria hotel has the ability to set up a shuttle to the airport as well.

Our ceremony is expected to be outdoors. The weather in September is typically still fairly warm. A rain plan is in place if we need to shift to an indoor ceremony.

Our event is for invited adults only and we hope you will enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

We have done our very best to include your significant others in this big day. Please refer to your invitation and our RSVP guest list for those invited and any additional plus ones not explicitly listed by name. We ask that you reach out to us directly if you have any further questions regarding this topic as our head count is very specific.

We would appreciate if gifts are sent directly to our home rather than brought to the venue. We thank you in advance for your thoughtfulness.
