Housekeeping

LAUNDRY
-If you want laundry services, you should put the items you would like washed in the laundry bag in your closet and fill out the laundry form
-Laundry is returned within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends
MAINTENANCE
-If you notice something is not working correctly in your room, you can submit a work order via the room's tablet or the resort app
Please use the room's "Do Not Disturb" light if you do not wish for housekeeping to enter your room

There are no lifeguards at the pool and beach areas, so you do swim at your own risk.
Warning flags are stationed at the beach to reflect the safety of the ocean conditions.

There is an on-site doctor available 24-hours. To call the doctor, you can use the hotel room phone and dial ext. 6911, ask your concierge for assistance, or dial "0" to be directed through the operator.

What does "all-inclusive" include?
Your rooming fee includes all restaurants (sit-down or takeout), alcohol, fruit juices and soft drinks, 24-hour room service, a concierge, pool & beach wait service, housekeeping, daytime activities, nightlife entertainment (themed parties, shows, etc.), taxes, and wifi. All rooms have cable TV, and you can find the guide on the resort app. Tips are suggested, but not required. Check out our tipping guide under the "SECRET'S SECRETS" tab on this website.
