For guests staying at The Lancaster, parking is available through the hotel. For those who will be driving to the wedding, street parking is available near the church. Complimentary valet parking is available at The Rice from 3pm - 11pm for the reception.

For those needing assistance with transportation from The Lancaster Hotel, sprinter buses will be available starting at 2:10pm the day of the wedding. Please be at the hotel lobby by 2:05pm. For reference, each bus can hold 10-12 people comfortably and will stop running at 2:25pm. The sprinter bus will also be available from the church to the reception.

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult only event. Take the night off to dance, celebrate, and enjoy the city with us, We appreciate your understanding and making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate our big day!

We have kindly reserved a room block with discounted rates within walking distance of the reception. Please check the “travel” page to see accommodations.

Our wedding will be black-tie! This means ladies should wear floor length gowns and gentlemen should wear a tux or a formal suit with a tie.
