We have a room block at the DoubleTree Hilton in the Denver Tech Center (just south of Denver and an easy distance from the Denver airport). Address: 7801 East Orchard Road, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. There are also lots of other great hotels in Denver and the Denver Tech Center as well as Airbnbs and VRBOs.

We have hired coach buses to transport our guests to and from the wedding. The buses will pick up the guests at the DoubleTree Hotel (where the room block is located) and take you to the venue for the ceremony. We will have an early and a late bus back to the hotel as well.

Great! That’s an option too. If you’d prefer to drive yourself, the venue has ample parking. We wouldn’t recommend planning on relying on Uber/Lyft given the venue’s remote location so if you won’t be driving your own car, we recommend using the buses we’ve booked or booking your own Taxi/car service in advance.

Both the wedding ceremony and the reception will be held at Flying Horse Ranch located at 9663 E Palmer Divide Ave, Larkspur, CO 80118.

Due to space restrictions, we can only accommodate those specifically indicated on your formal invitation. Any plus ones will be designated on the invitation as “Guest”.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire which is a balance of formal and casual. We suggest a suit or shirt and tie with some slacks in any color or a fabulous dress, midi or cocktail length. We want you to be comfortable! The wedding events will be a mix of indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) though most of the venue is paved so all terrain footwear won’t be required! The average temperatures in Denver/Larkspur in September is a high of 75 and a low of 45 with very little chance of rain and a high probability of beautiful Colorado sunshine. That said, Colorado is known for its variable weather so be sure to check the week of the wedding just in case!

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. After dinner there will be dessert and some late night snack options to fuel you on the dancefloor! RSVPs will also include a section for anyone who has dietary restrictions.

We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails and wine. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options and coffee.

We ask that you remain unplugged and refrain from taking any photos during our ceremony and leave it to our wonderful photographer. However, we would love for you to take as many photos as you want during the reception!
