Our Outdoor Wedding at 4 PM- Guests MUST arrive by 3:45 pm.

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of our outdoor wedding.

🌿 Venue & Atmosphere

Our wedding will take place in a beautiful rural setting. Expect a relaxed, intimate, and love-filled evening surrounded by nature. Since we’ll be outdoors, we encourage guests to dress comfortably for the weather and terrain. 🕓 Timeline

3:30 PM- Guests may arrive at the venue

3:45 pm- Guests shall be seated and ready for a prompt 4 pm ceremony

4:00 PM – Ceremony Begins 💍

5:00 PM – Cocktail Hour and Family Photos 🍹

6:00 PM – Dinner is Served 🍽️

7:00 PM – Dancing & Celebration Begins! 💃🏽🕺🏽

10:30 PM – Last Call & Send-Off ✨

11:00 PM- Venue Clean-up begins

👗 Dress Code

semi-formal—think sundresses, dress shirts, and comfortable yet classy footwear. There is a page on our website to provide inspiration. Heels may sink into the grass, so wedges, flats, or dressy sandals are great options!

🌦️ Weather Considerations

Being an outdoor wedding, we recommend bringing a light sweater or shawl, if needed. If rain is in the forecast, we’ll have a backup plan in place!

🚗 Parking & Transportation

Free parking will be available on-site as well street parking nearby. If possible, we encourage carpooling or using rideshare services to make arrival and departure easier.

Belleville does not have Uber or Lyft. There is a similar service called URide, the app can be downloaded in the app store. There is also taxi services in town. Taxi service must be pre-booked.

🍽️ Food & Drinks

We’ll have a delicious selection of food and drinks, with options for dietary restrictions to ensure everyone has something to enjoy. A cash bar will also be available for those who’d like to sip and celebrate with us. Please let us know on your RSVP, if you have any allergies or special preferences!
