We met on the world wide web (Hinge) during one of the many slight re-openings during COVID lockdowns. I was on Hinge mostly because I'd already talked to my existing friends about everything there was to talk about and wanted some new company. Hannah had liked a photo of mine and we began talking. I felt an immediate connection in our text conversations that we had over the course of a week. I asked her if she wanted to get coffee with me and she revealed that she had moved back in with her parents and left her location set to Nashville on the app (flawless misdirect, but no matter). I asked her if she was interested in talking on Zoom.

Our first Zoom call was 4 hours. At the end of the call, Hannah said “Okay, talk to you tomorrow” — and that’s exactly what we’ve been doing since. We talked on Zoom for nearly 4 months before Hannah moved back to Nashville when we officially started dating.

Our relationship has been full of ups and downs (mostly ups), and with every day we grow closer together, I grow more sure that she is the person that I am excited to spend the rest of my life with. We are very excited to have our wedding with you to celebrate the culmination of the last 3 (and some change) years of our relationship, and the launch of a beautiful new life together.
