Yes. This is a family event that includes children. However, only children included on your R.S.V.P. may attend.

Yes. There will be a combination open & cash bar. Your beverage options will be standard non-alcoholic drinks, an assortment of Ollipop sodas, flavored water, the venue's signature & special draft beers, and hard seltzer. NO HARD LIQUOR/SPIRITS ARE ALLOWED IN THE VENUE! Please do not sneak in liquor or spirits.

Arrive as early as 3:45 pm. The celebration will begin promptly at 4:15 pm. We will need to begin exiting the venue at 7:45 pm to stay within the 8:00 pm end time.

The celebration will be indoors.

Expect the temperature to be hot & humid. August is typically the most humid and hot month of the year in Savannah, GA. The venue is air conditioned and there will be hand held fans available.

Our ceremony will start at 4:15 pm, lasting approximately 30 minutes. Immediately following, there will be time for guests to mingle while the wedding party transitions to reenter the celebration space. Once the wedding party reenters, dinner will be served around 5:30 pm. The fun and dancing will begin at 6:15 pm, ending at 7:45 pm. Please note that times may change, so be on time and plan to stay until the end.

We strongly recommend you prepare to provide your own transportation. We are working on securing shuttle vans/buses. We will notify you if group transportation becomes available.

Dietary restrictions & allergies will be honored as best as possible. Please be sure to share your food restrictions when you R.S.V.P.

We ask that the privacy of all guests be respected during and after the celebration. Please only post pictures/videos of yourself, significant other, & children. If you'd like to post pictures/videos that include others, receive their permission. DO NOT POST ANY CHILDREN! Only with parental permission may you post children on social media.

Yes, we intend to have a virtual attendance option.

No, you are not required to gift us. We appreciate you traveling to celebrate with us. If you would like to gift us, we have a wedding registry available. We will also have a gift table, card box, and monetary wishing well.

We will have masks, hand sanitizer, and small first aid kits available throughout the event space. The venue has the required fire & safety measures for city compliance. We ask that if you become sick, or develop cold/respiratory illness symptoms, that you do not attend. We want everyone to arrive and leave healthy.

NO. This is a smoke/vape free event. There is no smoking/vaping allowed on the venue premises, nor in the immediate surrounding area. Anyone caught smoking/vaping will be required to pay any fines billed to the wedding couple.
