Q-How Do I RSVP?

A-There is a section titled RSVP!(and a button on the home page) If you check the flyer in your invitation you should find the name of your party. After clicking on the RSVP you will take a brief survey letting us know how many of your invited party will attend our wedding and what entree your party members would prefer.

Q-When Should I RSVP?

A-Immediately!!!(It is here on the website!), Please RSVP as soon as possible but the absolute last day to RSVP will be Saturday, March 2nd, 2024.

Q- What should I do if I can't make it to your wedding?

A- Please know that you will be missed dearly, and in the unfortunate circumstance where you cannot make it please go ahead and RSVP "no" so that we may plan accordingly.

Q- What Happens If I Do Not RSVP?

A- Not only will this break our hearts, but we will assume you are not coming and you will miss out on our wedding festivities.

Q-Can I bring a plus one?

A- Unfortunately we have a limited number of seats, for that reason please refer to your save the date or invitation to see the number of seats reserved in your honor. Your little ones and significant others will already be included in this number.

Q- What is the dress code for the wedding?

A- Our dress code is semi-formal, but since we are shooting for a colorful wedding we are asking our guests to dress semi-formally with a splash of color. So gents bust out those suit and ties and ladies wear a dress. Please no jeans, flipflops,or shorts.

Q- Does your wedding have a theme?

A- Have you ever seen Waterworld?? Well if not you should go watch it they spent a lot of money making that movie however, the theme of our wedding is whimsical.

Q- Are children allowed at this event?

A- Of course, but we do ask that you make sure they are on their best behavior, we also ask you to realize that this is an adult function where there will be alcohol served, explicit and loud music also a menu that may be challenging for picky eaters.

Q- What is the parking situation?

A-There is a parking lot at the venue , along with two overflow spots that will have security.

Q- What will the weather be like this time of year?

A-It is Florida in April so it could range from a beautiful day in the higher 80's all the way to rainy and muggy. We won't really know until the week of.

Q- Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

A-Luckily we are having the ceremony and reception at the same venue, we will be having the ceremony inside of the ball room at Supposey, immediately after the ceremony we will begin an outside cocktail hour while the ballroom is repurposed for our reception needs.

Q- What time is the ceremony and when should I arrive?

A- Our ceremony will start at 4 o'clock sharp, we are encouraging guest to show up thirty minutes early.

Q- What is happening after the cermony?

A- After the ceremony guest will exit to the lawn and garden of supposey, while the wedding partying and families take pictures and the ballroom is repurposed for the reception.

Q-Can I take pictures and post them on social media?

A- During our ceremony we are asking guests to refrain from using their phones and will have the officiate remind everyone of this before it starts, but during our cocktail hour and reception we encourage you to snap away and please feel free to post these pictures, just make sure to tag us in them.

Q- What is your wedding hashtag

A- Our wedding hashtag is #BugWedsBabes

Q- Will there be an open bar? Do I need to bring cash?

A- We will be having an open bar however if you would like to tip the bartenders you will need cash.

Q-What kind of refreshments will be served?

A- This information is located on the home page of our wedding website.

Q- What will the menu be like?

A- If you check the home page of our website it has a detailed breakdown of all the food being served.

Q-Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

A- We tried to be as inclusive as we could with our menu when it came to dietary restrictions, but unfortunately we will not have a vegan or vegetarian option.

Q-Where are you registered

A-Our registry is a work in progress rn hehe Just seeing what we need,

Q- Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

A- Absolutely, please feel free to bring your gift to the wedding.

Q- I want to get you guys something not on the registry is that okay?

A- Yes, please feel free to get us whatever the registry is definitely just a guide.

Q- Is this a smoke/vaping friendly event?

A- Smoking is strictly prohibited at Supposey except in designated areas of the garden.

Q-May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

No, we are renting our centerpieces. Please donโ€™t take anything home that hasnโ€™t been designated as a wedding favor.

Q- Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

A- We do not have a hotel room block for guests, we have put together recommendations for those traveling out of town on our travel page.
