Our Wedding

Our Story

Haylee and Scott started dating on October 13th 2018. Since then, they have moved to Florida, adopted their dog Huxley, and bought a house. Together, they enjoy attending concerts, traveling to new places, going to the beach, and reading. Haylee and Scott are looking forward to getting married in Turks and Caicos with their closest friends and family on October 13th 2024 (their 6 year anniversary together!)

Where are the wedding events being held? 

The wedding ceremony will be held on the Key West Beach. The cocktail hour will be held at the Arizona Boardwalk. The reception will be held at the Whirlpool/Adults Only Jacuzzi area.

What is the attire? 

For the wedding ceremony &amp; pictures: Beach formal! For women, this means long dresses, chunky heels or formal sandals (for walking in the sand). For men, this means suits, khaki pants, dress pants, short/long sleeve button up shirts, dress shoes, or boat shoes. No jeans, shorts, sneakers, crocks, flip flops, or bare-feet!&nbsp;

Turks & Caicos requires a Valid US Passport (valid at least 6 months after arrival date)

Booking Information:

The wedding will be held at the Beaches Resort by Sandals in Turks &amp; Caicos islands. It is recommended for guests to stay at this resort. If guests choose not to stay at this resort, then they will then be responsible for their transportation to and from the airport as well as the wedding. Haylee and Scott are using a travel agent, Carol Behne, to assist with coordinating everyone's resort booking (and airfare if needed). Carol’s services are free for all guests to use. She will ensure all rooms are booked under the group code and that everyone gets the best available room rate. The below link will navigate you to the Destination Weddings Travel Group website. Once on the website, under the “Find a Wedding” section, please enter “Hollaway” as the wedding couple’s last name and “BEACHENDER” as the password. Then, register an account (this will only need to be done by the main person booking the room). After your account is created, fill out the required sections on the form including departure information, contact information, and the sharing a room section. Room Deposit Information:

In order to secure and lock in a rate on your room, a credit card deposit of $98 is required. 21 days later, $302 will be charged to the credit card used to book the deposit. The remaining room amount will be due 8/20/2024. Payments in any amount can also be made any time leading up to the due date.&nbsp;

Additional information on the Resort:

Beaches Resort by Sandals is an all inclusive resort for all ages (including children) located on the Providenciales island of Turks &amp; Caicos. The resort is set upon Grace Bay, a 12-mile beach lapped by clear turquoise waters. Grace Bay is rated the #1 beach in the world year after year.
