The wedding will be held at the Beaches Resort by Sandals in Turks & Caicos islands. It is recommended for guests to stay at this resort. If guests choose not to stay at this resort, then they will then be responsible for their transportation to and from the airport as well as the wedding.

Haylee and Scott are using a travel agent, Carol Behne, to assist with coordinating everyone's resort booking (and airfare if needed). Carol’s services are free for all guests to use. She will ensure all rooms are booked under the group code and that everyone gets the best available room rate.

The below link will navigate you to the Destination Weddings Travel Group website. Once on the website, under the “Find a Wedding” section, please enter “Hollaway” as the wedding couple’s last name and “BEACHENDER” as the password. Then, register an account (this will only need to be done by the main person booking the room). After your account is created, fill out the required sections on the form including departure information, contact information, and the sharing a room section. After submitting the form, Carol will be in contact with you soon to assist in booking your travel!

In order to secure and lock in a rate on your room, a credit card deposit of $98 is required. 21 days later, $302 will be charged to the credit card used to book the deposit. The remaining room amount will be due 8/20/2024. Payments in any amount can also be made any time leading up to the due date.
