The bride and groom strongly recommend receiving all COVID-19 vaccinations and obtaining a negative COVID-19 test prior to attending the wedding, however, neither are required to cross the US/Canada border at this time. Please check individual airline requirements prior to booking flights.

Current processing times for passports are 7-10 weeks. Current expedited processing times for passports are 4-6 weeks. Expedited processing incurs a $60 additional fee per passport.

If traveling to Canada by car, a passport card will suffice. If traveling to Canada by plane, a passport book will be required.

For adults (ages 16+), passport books are $165. For adults (ages 16+), passport cards are $65. For children (ages 0-15), passport books are $135. For children (ages 0-15), passport cards are $50. Expedited processing incurs an additional $60 per passport.

Invitations should be accepted or declined by 1 July 2023.

It is recommended that guests arrive to venue 15 minutes before ceremony start time in order to get settled before proceedings.

The recommended attire is semi-formal to formal. Gowns and smart jumpsuits are recommended for women. Dress pants, blazers, and suits are recommended for men. Jeans, ball caps, t-shirts, and sneakers are not recommended. The recommended color scheme is pastels.

Light course of hors d'oeuvres will be passed during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert.

An open bar of select cocktails, liquors, and beers will be served for a portion of the reception.
